Designer Marta Howell is known for his beautiful asymmetrical modernist jewelry, and this piece is a fine example of his work. A triangular cabochon of mother-of-pearl hovers on the edge of this graduated band and looks terrific pointing in either direction on your hand. The ring currently measures at size 7, but due to Howell's open-band construction the ring can easily be modified to fit a range of finger sizes.
